  3. You need Chorizo sliced

  1. Heat oil in a deep fry pan or Wok, which i mainly use, and fry onions for 2 minutes then add garlic
  2. Add the crushed chili and fry for 1 minute
  3. Addi the beef to the fry and cook until the beef has no red colour
  4. While the mince is frying cut your chorizo into slices and add to the fry.
  5. Add the tomatoes to the fry and stir in, add salt pepper and water then the beef cubes stir then turn down the heat and simmer for 10 mins.
  6. Transfer to a casserole dish or ovenproof dish and bake on gas 6 or 170Β°C for 45 minutes .
  7. Add the chopped red peppers and tomato puree, stir in just before serving so you have a crunchy texture instead of soggy peppers.
  8. Serve with lovely thick homemade chips, or fries, serve in bowls and chips on side for dipping, in your chili bake.
