- Take 2 kg Beef
- Take 2 kg Rice

Steps to make Beef tikka biryani:
- Marination In a bowl add yougert then add tandoori masala and yellow food colour mix and add it in the beef and let it marinate for half hour
- Then in a pan pour oil and then add chopped onions and let them golden brown then take them out of the pan
- Then in the same oil add g.g paste broil it well then add 3 green chillies in it and then after few minutes add marinated beef in it and broil it well
- Then chopped slices of tomatoes and chopped green chillies paste and mix then
- Then when beef half tenderize add bhuna masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder Shan Bombay biryani masala salt and garam masala.. Broil it well then add potatoes and water almost 3 glass and cover until it was completely done
- Then for rice pour water in a pan then add salt cumin, teez past and other sabut garam masalas and then add soaked rice and let them boil when done then soak water and put aside
- Then for layering put layer of rice in a pan then add gravy over it then add slices of tomatoes, green chillies, corriender and mint then allu bukharai and then place another layer of rice
- Now add fried onions and corriender and mint over it and and pour the left over oil of the gravy on it
