  1. First, peel the onion and soak it in water and keep it for half an hour.

  10. Now add ghee to the cooker again, if the ghee becomes hot, add onion tomato paste to it.stir on medium heat add salt red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala,meat masala,kasuri methi mix well then add cashew paste..we will cook the masala on a medium heat for 4-5 min.
  11. Now add marinated mutton.mix well..cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat and now we will cook it covered with a lid for 10 -15 min on a low flame.after 15 minutes,open and check the ghee is coming out of the gravy on the sides.
  12. We will add water mix well..now we will let it cook till 3 whistles…we'llswitch off the flame when we hear 3 whistles and open the cooker when the presser automaticly relieves.
