The ingredients needed to cook Pumpkin Soup | Kaddu Ka Soup:
  1. Provide 1/2 Kg pumpkin
  2. Use 6-8 garlic pods
  3. Take 1 Medium size onion roughly chopped
  4. Prepare 1 Big tomato roughly chopped
  5. Use to taste Salt
  6. Use 2 Cup water
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp fresh cream
  8. Prepare to taste mixed seasoning (optional)
  9. Use 1 Tsp oil for cooking
Instructions to make Pumpkin Soup | Kaddu Ka Soup:
  1. Peel the pumpkin and chop it into small pieces. Pressure cook pumpkin, garlic pods, onion and tomato with 2 cups of water.
  2. Let the cooker releases and mixture gets cool down. Grind it to the puree.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add salt and seasoning. To this pour the puree and cook it to boil. I added 1/2 cup extra water to this puree as I like to have a bit watery.
  4. Switch off the flame, adjust salt as per your taste and garnish it with cream. Serve hot. Very soothing.
