Before you jump to Brad's soba. Ramen style recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Choosing Fast Food That’s Fine For You.

Just about every article you read about restoring your health or losing weight is going to tell you to ignore the drive through and cook all of your meals instead. This is literally very true. From time to time, though, the last thing you need is to have to make a meal from scratch. Sometimes almost all you really want is to go to the drive through and get home as quickly as possible. Why shouldn’t you have the ability to do this from time to time and not have a bunch of guilt about slipping up on your diet regime? You are able to do this because most of the popular joints are now marketing “healthy” menu selections to keep their businesses up. Here is how to eat healthy when you reach the drive through.

Your drink should be water or juice or milk. Choosing a huge soda as your beverage gives hundreds of harmful calories to your meal. A sole portion of soda is commonly thought to be eight ounces. That helping normally is made up of a minimum of a hundred calories and more than a few tablespoons of sugar. A fast food soda is frequently not less than twenty ounces. It is usually at least 30 ounces. This means that your drink on it’s own will put dozens of ounces of sugar into your body as well as several thousand empty calories. It is much healthier to select milk, juice or perhaps normal water.

Logic states that that one of the best ways to stay healthy is to bypass the drive through and never eat fast food. While this is usually a good idea all you need to do is make a couple of good selections and traveling to the drive through isn’t anything to worry about–when you do it in moderation. Once in a while, letting someone else cook dinner is just the thing you need. If you ultimately choose healthy things, the shame usually associated with hitting the drive through shouldn’t be so bad.

  2. Meanwhile, start the broth. Place 3 qts water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Add nori sheets. Simmer for 10 minutes. Keep an eye on this. If nori starts to fall apart remove it. But still remove after 10 minutes max.

  6. While you have been making the broth. Remove steak from refrigerator. Remove the bone and trim fat. Slice across the thin side of the steak, into 1/4 inch slices. Lay out on a cutting board, and lightly sprinkle with sea salt and white pepper. Let meat come to room temperature.
  7. Strain broth through a wire strainer. Place broth back on stove and continue to simmer.
  8. Place 2 qts water, 1 bouillon cube, and 1 tsp sesame oil in another pot. Bring to a boil. At the same time turn up the heat and bring broth to a rolling boil.
  9. Add noodles to water pot. Cook 3 to 4 minutes. Drain, and rinse in cold water.
