  3. Add 4 cup water, boil and add soy sauce, and chilli sauce.also, add pepper powder, sugar and salt.
  4. Boil for 3 minutes or until flavours is absorbed well. now add vinegar. prepare cornflour slurry by mixing 2 tbsp cornflour in 1/4 cup water.
  5. Pour the corn flour mixture into the soup and mix well.
  6. Continue to boil for 4-5 more minutes or until soup thickens slightly. Transfer into serving bowl.
  7. Now add some spring onion and enjoy hot and sour soup
