- Add carrot and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add dd cabbage, capsicum and beans. stir fry for 2 minutes or until the veggies are half cooked
- Add 4 cup water, boil and add soy sauce, and chilli sauce.also, add pepper powder, sugar and salt.
- Boil for 3 minutes or until flavours is absorbed well. now add vinegar. prepare cornflour slurry by mixing 2 tbsp cornflour in 1/4 cup water.
- Pour the corn flour mixture into the soup and mix well.
- Continue to boil for 4-5 more minutes or until soup thickens slightly. Transfer into serving bowl.
