- Use 1 Carrot
- Use few Beans
- You need 1 cup Cabbage

- Cut the given vegetables as fine as possible.
- In a pan add butter.when butter melts add finely chopped ginger and garlic saute well.
- Add onions and saute little.
- Add finely chopped vegetables.
- Add pepper and salt with vegetables mix well.
- Add 2 glasses of water close the lid and allow the vegetables to cook.
- Stirr occasionally
- When the vegetables are cooked well and the water got thickened then add corn flour mixture.add water with corn flour mix and pour into soup.This step is optional
- After 2 minutes add extra pepper powder if you need means.
- Squeeze half lemon juice.
- Vegetables soup is now ready
- Serve hot.
